ABOUT THE PRACTICE

What we offer here isn’t just movement — it’s embodied care. In-person Kaiut Yoga is a therapeutic practice that gently supports your joints, nervous system, and overall well-being, guiding the body toward greater ease, balance, and resilience.

This practice isn’t about stretching deeper or achieving poses. It’s about feeling safe in your body, understanding how movement supports you, and allowing your system to unwind in a way that feels sustainable and nourishing. This approach helps release long-held tension, supports healthy movement patterns, and allows the body to function with greater ease — both in class and in everyday life.

People of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels are welcome. You don’t need to be flexible, athletic, or experienced in yoga — just open to listening to your body and exploring what movement feels like when it’s guided with intention, care, and respect.

Come as you are. Let your body lead the way

WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASS

Classes are slow, intentional, and thoughtfully guided. We work with simple shapes, supportive props, and precise cues to help the body release tension and move more efficiently — without forcing or strain.

Many students notice improvements not only in mobility and comfort, but also in how they sleep, breathe, and respond to daily stress. This work supports long-term health by teaching the body that it doesn't need to brace or push to feel strong.

All classes are guided with support and intention — you’re welcome here as you are.
