Happy Hips is a therapeutic Kaiut Yoga–based series designed to support hip mobility, pelvic health, and nervous system regulation. Classes are slow, supported, and spacious, allowing the body time to settle, soften, and release without force.
This series is accessible to all levels. No prior Kaiut Yoga experience is required.
What to expect:
Long-held, supported therapeutic postures
Minimal transitions
Nervous system-friendly pacing
Emphasis on rest, sensation, and safety
Come as you are — your body already knows what to do.
